Alliance & Referral Program — Open to Nationals & Foreigners
10–20%
Commission
Per Closed Case

Refer Clients.
Earn Real Money.
No Cap.

Panama Relocation Firm pays between 10% and 20% of our professional legal fee (honorarios) for every case you refer that closes — the rate depends on the service. Commission is calculated on legal fees only; government filing fees and third-party expenses are excluded. Nationals and foreigners welcome. Commission agreement notarized in English or Spanish.

We are a firm built on honesty, professional ethics, and long-term relationships. We are transparent about what we pay and we pay on time — always. We work only with partners who share those values.

How It Works

Four Steps from
First Referral to Payment

The process is straightforward. You refer, we handle everything, you get paid. Commission ranges from 10% to 20% of our professional legal fee (honorarios) depending on the service — not of the total invoice, which also includes government filing fees. We are transparent about the rate for each service and we pay without delays.

Register as a Partner

Fill out the form on this page or send us a WhatsApp. We confirm your registration within 24 hours and set up your referral profile.

02

Sign the Commission Agreement

We prepare a formal notarized commission agreement — your choice of English or Spanish. Protects both parties. Legally binding in Panama.

03

Send Us Your Client

Introduce your contact to us via WhatsApp, email, or phone. We handle 100% of the process — consultation, filing, follow-up, closing.

04

Get Paid at Full Case Close

When the case is fully concluded, your commission (10–20% of the legal fee, as agreed per service) is wired to your account within 30 days. Any bank, any country, no hidden deductions, no delays. If the client withdraws before completion, no commission is earned.

Nationals & Foreigners
Both Welcome

Our referral program has no geographic restrictions. You can be based in Panama or anywhere in the world — in the USA, Canada, Europe, or Latin America. As long as you can make qualified introductions, we want to work with you.

There is no minimum number of referrals required and no expiration on your partner status. You can refer one client per year or one per week — the commission rate per service is fixed in your agreement: between 10% and 20% per closed case, paid on time, every time.

Your client is always treated as your client. We will never approach your referred contact for other services without your consent, and we will always credit the commission to your account.

No registration fee. No monthly fee. Becoming a partner is completely free. You sign the commission agreement, you receive your referral details, and you start earning. We only make money when we both do.

We are selective — and proud of it. We built this firm over 13 years on honesty, professional ethics, and discretion. The referral program is an extension of that. We look for partners who are serious, transparent, and who treat clients with the same respect we do. If that describes you, we will have a long and productive relationship.

Legal Fee vs. Government Expenses — How the commission base works: Commission (10–20%, confirmed per service in your agreement) applies exclusively to our professional legal fee (honorarios) — the "Legal Fee" column above. The "Est. Gov. Expenses" column shows approximate third-party costs (immigration filing fees, authority charges, registry costs, stamps, apostilles, and similar) paid directly to Panamanian institutions — these are pass-through costs excluded from the commission base. Your client's total invoice will be higher than the legal fee alone. Expense estimates are approximate; actual amounts vary by case. For multi-service clients (e.g. visa + corporation + real estate), commission applies to each service's legal fee independently. We are transparent: you know your exact rate before you refer anyone, and we pay on time, without excuses.

Commission is earned only when the case is fully concluded. If a client backs out at any point before completion, no commission is owed — regardless of how far the process advanced. The commission rate (10–20% per service) and this condition are written in plain terms in your notarized agreement. When a case does close, we pay on time, without delays, without excuses. That is our commitment.

The Agreement

A Formal Agreement
That Protects You

Every referral partner signs a formal commission agreement prepared by our attorneys. This is not an informal arrangement — it is a legally binding document notarized under Panamanian law, which means it is fully enforceable.

The agreement specifies the commission rate, the payment timeline, which referrals are covered, confidentiality obligations, and the procedure for dispute resolution. It is designed to give you certainty that you will be compensated for every introduction you make.

We offer the agreement in English and Spanish. If you operate in another language or need a certified translation, we can arrange that as well.

What the Agreement Covers

  • Commission rate: Between 10% and 20% of the professional legal fee (honorarios), fixed per service in the agreement, for each referred case that is fully concluded and closed — government fees and expenses are excluded from the commission base; if a client withdraws at any stage before conclusion, no commission is owed
  • Referral tracking: Each referral is logged with date, client name, and service — you always know the status
  • Payment timeline: Commission paid within 30 calendar days of case close and payment receipt from client
  • Confidentiality: Client data shared with us remains strictly confidential — protected under Panamanian professional privilege
  • Client exclusivity: Your referred client remains attributed to you for 24 months from introduction date
  • No non-compete: You remain free to work with other firms — no exclusivity required from your side
  • Dispute resolution: Any dispute resolved by arbitration in Panama City under established commercial rules
  • Termination: Either party may terminate with 30-day written notice without penalty

FAQ

Common Questions
About the Program

Do I need to be a lawyer or have any legal background to join?
+

No. The program is open to anyone — regardless of profession or background. Real estate agents, financial advisors, expat bloggers, and individuals with the right social network all participate. You make the introduction; we handle all legal work.

I'm based outside Panama. Can I still participate?
+

Yes, absolutely. The program is fully open to foreigners residing anywhere in the world. The commission agreement can be signed digitally and notarized through a Panamanian notary (we coordinate this remotely). Commission is paid by international wire to your bank account, wherever it is.

What if I refer someone who takes months to make a decision?
+

Your referral is credited to you for 24 months from the date you make the introduction. If your client decides to proceed 8 months after you sent them to us, the commission is still yours. We document every introduction with a date and client name so there is no ambiguity.

Can I refer clients for multiple services and earn on each?
+

Yes. If your client engages us for a Friendly Nations Visa and also asks us to set up a Panama corporation and handle a real estate closing, you earn the agreed commission (10–20%) on each service independently. Multi-service clients are common and represent the highest commission potential.

Is there a minimum number of referrals required to stay active?
+

No minimum. There is no pressure to generate a certain number of referrals per month or year. Some partners refer one client annually; others refer multiple clients per month. The commission rate and program benefits are the same regardless of volume.

How does the notarization of the agreement work if I'm abroad?
+

We prepare the agreement and send it to you digitally for review. Once agreed, we coordinate notarization either through a Panamanian notary (for remote signing) or, if you prefer, through a notary in your country of residence followed by an apostille. We guide you through the process — most partners complete it within one week of agreeing to join.

What happens if the client backs out — before starting or during the process?
+

Commission is only earned when the case is fully concluded. This applies at any point: if your client decides not to engage us at all, no commission is due. If they engage us, pay an initial fee, and then withdraw mid-process — no commission is owed either. The case must reach full legal conclusion. Panama Relocation Firm incurs real costs processing a case and cannot compensate referral partners for work that does not close. There is no partial commission for any stage short of full case completion. This condition is written into your commission agreement in plain terms in both English and Spanish so there is no ambiguity.

Do government fees paid to immigration authorities count toward the commission?
+

No. Every case has two components: our professional legal fee (honorarios) and government expenses (filing fees, immigration authority charges, registry costs, stamps, etc.) paid directly to Panamanian institutions. Commission is calculated only on the honorarios. The total amount your client pays will always be higher than the legal fee alone, but the government expenses are pass-through costs that do not belong to us and are therefore excluded from the commission base. This is clearly stated in your commission agreement.
